DELIVERY METHOD AND SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping for in-stock products delivered via post carrier directly to your mailbox or to collection point depending on order size and  availability at your location. If you would prefer the product to be delivered using a different method, please contact our customer service or leave a note in the info field when placing your order.

Typical delivery time within Finland is 2-4 business days after placing your order. For international shipping the time can be couple of days longer. In cases where you are ordering a large number of products and the delivery is particularly bulky, we may need to deviate from the general delivery policy. In such instances, we will contact you before processing the order.

In case we expect delay in delivery, we will contact you before shipping and offer you the option to cancel the order if shipping delay is inconvenient or unacceptable to you.
